As a specialist in computer tools for virtual reality development, Marco offers innovative software solutions for the product life cycle, from design to consulting to marketing.

Trained watchmaker Maria began her career as a corrector then progressed to group leader. She is now responsible for internal staff training.

I use my experience and knowledge of products and production processes on a daily basis. As instructors, we represent a real asset for the various departments. You have to view training as a way of improving the company’s systems, moving smoothly from theory to practice. ETA promotes the personal development of motivated individuals, with career and continuing education opportunities available. I’m the proof!’

Christian works in the packaging and recycling department. At this materials hub, he decides which items can be reused and what they can be reused for.

Deborah works in the Human Resources department as a Business Partner. She is a point of contact for all our employees, whom she supports and assists, whatever their reason for visiting.

In fact, the number of different employees, cultures and trades means that we discover or learn something new every day. Above all, watching certain situations develop for the better or resolve themselves gives me a real sense of satisfaction.’

A production site’s provisioning is vital. Frédéric is a Purchase Manager: he coordinates raw material and watchmaking component needs with planning and other requesters.

‘In my daily life I enjoy contact with our internal and external partners, the diversity of my tasks, and the daily pursuit of solutions. My experience means that I know my contact partners well, as well as the company’s operations and ethics. ETA always strives to improve, for example via ongoing training available to employees.’
